Port Number from kodoo

Hi,

I'm trying to port my number from kodoo and I keep getting this message:

 

Your Old Service Provider rejected your transfer request. Common mistakes:

  •   • Account Number doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Equipment Serial Number doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Security PIN doesn’t match Old Service Provider records
  •   • Alternate Contact Number format (should be 10-digits, no spaces, no dashes)
  •   • Did not check the “I am authorized…” checkbox
    • Please review and correct your entries, and click “Submit”

My kodoo account is still active and working.  I inserted my new PM SIM card in my phone and it seems to work fine. I can make calls and send and receive texts.

 

I called kodoo and they said there is no problem on thier end. I should contact PM and get help.

So here I am.

 

Help, please.

Was this Koodo prepaid or Koodo postpaid?

If prepaid then you'll need to contact the @Moderator_Team < Click this.

If postpaid then this should have been a simple matter of using the transfer number or change number feature.

@TAHER 

Have you already tried to port your number via self service account?  

 

You will need to contact moderator if your port has failed.  

Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

It will take 1-2 days to respond.

 

Also, please remove personal information from public forum.

If you are Koodo Prepaid then send a note to the moderators afterwards.

-Public Mobile SIM card #

-The phone # you are porting

-Account # with your old provider

I'm trying to transfer my old phone number over from Koodo. I keep getting that my Old Service Provider rejected the transfer. I'm 100% sure all of my info is correct. What do I do?

Call Telus ask them to send a request for port out your number to koodo

Yes, that is right.

If you want to try the port again, - Tick the I am authorized box first, only use the account #, do not use IMEI, do not use PIN and use an alternate phone number that is not the number you are trying to port.

Definitely contact them via private email.

Send an email using the "Get Help" Menu

Hello Thanks to post a thread so community can help you. Just to sort out the things to help in a better way. You mean your both sims aare working fine, and you want to port your number from Koodo to Public Mobile is it right??
