@SteveL, sorry to hear you are having some issues. It sounds like you have a port stuck in the middle of the process. You can probably still receive those calls and texts on your Bell sim and still make calls and texts from it. I see you have tagged the Moderator Team already. To get a jump on this I would suggest that you actually private message them with your email address and Phone number with the explanation of what is going on as they will need this info from you in a private message when they respong to to you anyway.
