There has been poor service from the Telus network yesterday and today in Brantford ON, southwest area of the city.
I know the location I'm working in isn't cellular friendly, however we install an LTE booster a few weeks ago and have had reliable service since then. Even outdoors, a bunch of us on Telus' network (various accounts with Telus, Koodo, and Public Mobile) are, or have been experiencing issues.
Can this message get sent to someone 'higher up' to investigate? Wondering if maybe a tower is having problems.

Things are looking good so far this morning, those of us on Bell or Telus services are getting LTE service again, Rogers devices are strong also. Now if only the two guys running on Freedom would accept free PM Sim cards.....
I did convert two others last year 🙂

I'll eat my words about "the short term" - glad to hear they're on it. Well done PM.

The mods have contacted me, and they're 'looking into it'.. Just in the last hour or so, things have been working much better.
I'm even getting email updates on my phone from Public Mobile 🙂 Looks like someone, somewhere is looking into it.

The Mods can definitely take the info and review if you send them a PM @CS_Agent, but truly, in your neck of the woods, it's on Bell infrastructure so I'm not sure much can be done for you in the short term.

Unfortunately not much Telus can do. Coverage is handled by Bell in Brantford.
