I joined Public Mobile in May and received 1.75 points at the end of May. At the end of June I received only .75 points. Why the decrease. I am on the $35 Canada/US/Mexico plan.

@Jo444  when you joined you got $10.

So they only give you the amount that you actually paid for the month of June.

Come July, if you don't have anymore credits, you will get the full 5% back.

It should be 1.75 points for $35 plan.

If you had ANY funds on your account they would be used first and then the rest will be charged to CC and % points applied to it.

It looks like you had $20 on account and got points for $15 balance due.

@Jo444 the point is 5% of how much you paid and not 5% of the plan.  Look like you only paid $15 for that renewal  Maybe You had a $10 friend referral bonus with other credit and hence you paid less in that renewal and hence the reward point is less for that renewal
