Reason why not getting all my points back

You also only get points on the amount you pay directly. If you use rewards to pay for some of it, that part doesn't earn points.

@Llisha  Public mobile recently de valued points earned for paying bill and anniversary rewards . And to boot they changed the $15 bill redemption to $20 bill redemption. So not only do you need more points to redeem a reward it takes us longer to earn double whammy
