My brother used my referral code to transfer his number to a new subscription. He cannot activate his account, yet payment was made. When he tries to log on or talk to the chatbot, he just keeps getting in a loop saying he needs to connect with an agent, but it won’t let him try. Please help!

@Andrew13Latta  Your brother needs to use the app to activate not website , but if payment has been made already and he tried the app and chat bot not working ,he can private message support to help also
