Internet isn’t working on my phone. So I thought I ran out of data and bought add ons and still doesn’t work. I NEED help

did you buy the correct addon? did you buy Canadian one or roaming? can you post screenshot?
and if you are sure everything is correct, then ask CS agent to help

voice works? and can you try changing your network mode to 3G and 4G and make sure mobile network is set to Manual and choose public mobile?

Got add ons so should have data. Just don’t work and I’ve done those other steps with nothing

and did you check My Account? how much data left?
and did you reset all networks?
to help with data limiter, do you have a Android phone?
1. Go to "Settings" · 2. Select "Connections" · 3. Choose "Data Usage" and then "Billing cycle and data warning" · 4. Toggle "Set data warning"

I’ve rebooted the phone and never put data limiter I believe. How do I check that? I’ve reset everything that I could think of or know how. My Google map loads with location but no internet . Not sure what’s happening

try Reboot phone first, then try Reset All networks
if still fails, check your My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to confirm you still have data
Also, check if you have data limit setup on your phone
another test is to test your sim in another phone

@JaSoN36 Try rebooting the phone first , also ensure you don’t have data limiter set in phone settings
