Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Ordered by mistake. The front store said it'd ship in 2 days and estimate arrival showed 2 weeks. I could not cancel order from the email. There is no order number in the email which is strange. I was able to log into my account but there is no option aside from activate because I have not even activated my account/ number. 

Public mobile has firmly confirmed my decision not going ahead with the service because the service experience has been so terrible. I can't even connect to real human to resolve this
