Please Help: Did not receive $25 credit for London Drugs activation

Hello Moderators,

I activated at London Drugs 2 weeks ago but have not yet received the $25 promo credit in my account yet.  Please let me know what I should do next.  Thanks in advance!

From my understanding the referral rewards are tracked by the referrers phone number. That's how I got my $25. It could be possible the clerk who served you left that drop-down box blank. I prefer to do all activations myself then I can only blame myself if something goes wrong.

My credit was within the first 24 hours when I activated through Walmart. Not sure if London Drugs had the same plan or not (I am sure someone will reply to clarify though).

Moderators are good at getting back to you within a day or so.
