If I upgrade my plan, am I able to go back to a different plan that is cheaper if I decide the upgraded plan isn't the right one for me? Or would I have to get another SIM card and start with the less expensive plan again?

You can change your current plan anytime but remember to start the new plan on the renewal date (every 30 days) so you aren't paying the current plan and the new plan since PM is a prepaid service.

Just login to your account and go to Plans and Add-on section.

You don't need to get a new SIM, changes are made on your account and is updated on your SIM.

You can only change or activate to plans that are currently available.
