How do I switch my plan to something less. I see the attached plan offer but when I go to mange plans its not listed. I'm looking for a cheaper plan or I'll move to another carrier.

pretty much sure you cannot get the $24 -5GB plan if your have a plan above that price.  $24 is a new subscribers only plan

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!

If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.

Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plans are offered to existing customers.

In most (all) cases downgrading plan is NOT possible so to get cheaper plan will involve closing current account, losing number and subscribing again (+ cost of new SIM).

you can only change to plans you see on My Account, Change Subscription page.  If the plan is not there, there is no way to change to that (no even PM support agent)
