So here's my situation. I'm currently a freedom mobile customer, however I'm going to Quebec for 6 weeks and so I needed to get another phone plan since they don't have service there. I'm planning to get the plan with global texting and provincial wide calling. If I'm mostly going to text people with western area codes (ie. 604, 778) will I able to with a 604/778 area code number while in Quebec? In addition, if I don't get any talk, would I still be able to recieve calls? Thanks for the help!
