Plans and SIM

My husband is a subscriber. I want the same plan as his, but it shows up $10 / mo more than he pays.

Also I need the SIM card before we move, but I won't need to activate for a few months, but I can't order a sim without choosing a plan.

Lastly, the AI support bot really sucks and spins me around in circles. I'm sure many potential customers give up!!

I would have if my husband wasn't a subscriber!

order a Public Mobile sim from Amazon..if you or friend has Prime, get shipping for free. Shipping using Amazon is fast..usually 2 or 3 days whereas shipping via Canada Post (from Public Mobile) could take up to 3 weeks.

When you get home, download the PM app to your cell to create an account and activate your new plan. You'll only be able to select plan available at the time you activate a new account.

Yes, it can be very confusing at times here especially since there is no live telephone support. You self mange your own account online.

We recommend that you purchase the SIM from a Telus/Koodo store if they sell. Or better from Amazon,  there only $4.99+, you get it in as little as 2 days and delivery is guaranteed.

From Public Mobile it can take up to 3 weeks; if it arrives at all.

You can start the process by creating the account and only activate once you receive the SIM card and are ready.

As for the plans, what you see online is what they are offering to choose from.
