why cant I change my plan it keeps saying error. Ive been trying for 3 days. Had no trouble adding money to account though.

A couple of people in the last few days have had similar issues.

I tried that as well this is the message I keep getting

Website can be finicky. You could try another web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode. Chrome incognito seems to work well.
