I ran out of data

i purchased an add-on that i never saw added so 2 weeks ago i opted for an upgrade to my plan to take effect on renewal

well today is renewal and my previous is still in effect and paid for without the upgrade

@Wishart1 , if you are using a browser to view your online account, use incognito mode to ensure you are viewing up to date information.  If you need to get a hold of support, use this link.  The ticketing system is broken.

If your renewal date is yesterday then it should start today at 12:00 midnight EST.

If your renewal date is today then your existing plan expires at 12:00 midnight EST.
