Fairly easy process. Just be mindful of any grandfathered plans (you won't be able to get them back) or if you have bonuses (data etc) that are ljnked to particular conditions as depending on what plan you're changing to may void the bonus.

Please go into your account at selfserve.publicmobile.ca for available options. You'll probably want to use the option of having any change take effect during the next renewal cycle, or else you'll end up paying for two different plans for a portion of the current billing cycle.
