If the purpose of this is to make it so that payment is due on the same day each renewal, this wouldn't accomplish anything. The date can change during some months since plans at Public Mobile renew after either 10, 30, or 90 days.

You cannot request a date change.

Once you pay, your plan is valid for 30 days. Renewal is every 30 days unless your plan falls into suspension. Once you reactivate, the 30 day cycle starts again.

You could change your plan early but you would lose any unused minutes/texts or data.  If you want to renew then it is recommended to change for next renewal date.

@Rica1 as mentioned before, you can either suspend your service until needed date, or renew your plan earlier than your original date.

You can renew early or suspend the service until the wanted date. If you renew early you will lose money for previous cycle, if you suspended you won't be able to use your service

Why do you want to change date?

The cycles are 30 days, not the month, date will be changing about 5 days per year.

You can pay the bill any time manually without losing autopay rewards.
