I’m confused why my plan cost almost 60$ this month?
and now it’s saying that I can’t make calls I didn’t have the right add on but i picked the same plan as every other time!

What plan do you have?
Please post a screen shot of your payment history without your personal information. We will take a look what had happended.
And your overview page too for good measure. And also without your personal information. But all we can do is make suggestions and observations.
