I requested a plan update. How do I know if it's in effect ($25 to $35). Plus, when does my next cycle begin?

Login to your self-serve account.  You next renewal date will be on the top of your overview page after login.

You can schedule you plan change on your next renewal date.  

After scheduled a plan change, self-serve will show you the plan will be active on your next renewal date.

Please note that there is no refund of the unused days if you change plan early.

You can see what plan you're on in the self-serve. The date at the top is the start of the new term. If you click on Plan Details you can see if the plan you wanted is still scheduled for your next renewal...if it's not already.

Check your account.  Did you request an immediate change or next renewal ?
