Hello,
So I topped up my account to $47.46 (after tax) and changed my plan for next renewal but this morning I logged in and noticed my plan was expired. I went to change plan and accidentally cancelled the change with no way of setting back the future plan without making another payment. I already have the funds available so why can't I take it from that instead it is asking me to charge my credit card again. Your system is very complicated, please help.

Once apan is expired it can ony be changed by the modrators I think you looked too soon t your account.

also when contacting mods include your pin number. or other verification info
In your message please include:
- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue
