Hello,
I have had a plan since August that was supposed to autorenew today, January 2nd. However, when I check my account it says that my plan has expired? Does this mean I have lost the plan? I would like to continue with the plan I have, but am not sure what my next step would be.
Thanks!

Just wait and the system will sort itself out the following day.

You're welcome.
Every single account shows this on renewal day. Expiry notice in selfserve in the evening, Suspended notice at midnight until payment is processed. Service is never interrupted. I think its a littel too much detail of how the system is doing the renewal that we, the customers don't really need to see. PM will be well served to make the renewal steps less transparent so that people dont get worried.
Just be sure that autopay is on or you have enough money topped up to pay for the plan.

Thank you so much for the reply! I was really worried for a moment there. If I do lose service I will definitely reach out to the mods. Thanks again!

Hey @LarissaK,
As long as you haven't lost service on your phone, just ignore the expired notice.
Its a well known bug on renewal day.
At midnight, it will say the account is suspended and then if you are enrolled in autopay, the system will charge your creit card soon after and then when you check tomorrow, things will be back to normal. If you are not enrolled in autopay, then make sure to top up and have enough money in your account to cover the plan cost.
So, only reach out to the mods if you lose service. If there is no interruption, just ignore those warnings in selfserve.
