Plan says active but not receiving call or texts

Hi I'm a new member, and I activated my plan Friday night August 19. I'm able to use data, but I'm unable to make or receive and texts or calls.

I'm sorry about this, 

 

I see that you are porting a number to us, is it possible for you to send me a private message with the account number from the old provider?

@jasminel Did you happen to port a landline number? If so, these can take up to a week for full completion. One of the moderators will be able to assist you later on @Shazia_K @Mary_M
