My plan is supposed to be on auto renewal and it still is. There’s nothing wrong with my cc and when I go into self serve to top up manually the system says the funds are already there. But the funds aren’t. Just my rewards are in my balance. My dad had the same problem earlier this week and I winder if they are related.

Are you trying to top up your account just using a regular tab in your browser? Try clearing your browser. Use only one tab in secret/incognito mode in chrome, Firefox or safari. Try adding funds and see if it accepts it. Use this method whenever you are making any changes in your account.

Do you have the service working at the moment?
Sometimes there is delay in renewal and little glitch near renewal date, but service still work.

Is your account status active or suspended? If active and still working, it should automatically renew itself.
If suspended, manually chose the amount you need to renew your plan.

@nathanathorne When is your renewal date? The fund will be withdrew at 2am EST.
