Why did the plan rate change from $35 to $39 in one day when the payment was due by yesterday and that was when I finally was able to login to the account

Sorry, I missed that, you did a plan change

No, $35 plan is no longer available.  Only $25 and $15 are offered on 3G plan.  So, you cannot go back to $35 plan

for 4G plan, $39 is the lowest one.  Honest, it is a good deal, stay with it

So there is no way to put it back to the $35 just like it was last month

HI@Chis1   they have removed the $35 plan and the best plan now is $39

however, you see $39 on your own plan details page?   PM won't move you to another plan without you doing it.  Login My Account again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode to confirm again

If the plan is not right on your own My Account, please submit ticket to CS agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
