Also, make sure you're calling a location INCLUDED with the add-on you purchased.

Not all international locations are included with all international related calling options.

Are the funds in your available balance? For purchasing add-ons, the funds must be already in your Public Mobile account. If they are not, the purchase steps only apply a top up. You would then need to go back and peform the procedure again.

@rukemeric  hi there are 2 steps first put money in account and then go back and purchase add on

@rukemeric, purchasing add-ons is a two-step process.  The first purchase puts the funds into your Available Funds account, you are then required to re-purchase the add-on to have it activated to your account.  Did you complete the two-step process?
