My phone's plan seemed to stop working today. Can't use data, make phone calls, or text. Online portal says my plan is active and I have auto-pay set up. I think I set it up so my plan switched to the $40 5GB plan last night and the payment should have been made.
Please advise what to do.

Great idea to suspend and reactivate. That should trigger things again.

Hi, Try this.
Login to self serve - Plan & add-ons - Lost/Stolen phone - Suspend service.
Logout and wait a few minutes then login and select found phone.
This will not blacklist your phone.
