I am so confused and aggravated. I recently lost my credit card and was issued a new on. Public Mobile suspended my account. I tried to send my payment with my new CC and they have taken the payment. I have a receipt. I was asked for my phone number which I provided and as I do not need a new number, I just used the same number I have had for 3 years. What should I do? This is so frustrating. I keep going round and round and round circles.
