If you missed your payment date, your plan is expired. You can load your voucher up into self service account, but I think that you need to get moderator to activate your account and apply balance. It will take about 24 hours for moderator to get back to you (moderators are busier than usual)

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

Well you didn't say voucher before.
How long ago did you buy the voucher?
Sometimes there might be a delay between buying the voucher and Public Mobile recognizing its existence.

Tried restarting my phone. Still wont accept my voucher. Thanks though:)

@Jen1 It should automatically renew as soon as you make sufficient payment. If you already did that try rebooting your phone and see if it starts working.
