Plan didn't change

I put to have the 40 dollar plan for 15g and it's the same old plan? I need help please.

Also, just an FYI, if you're switching from a 3G speed plan, the 4G speeds don't kick in until about 24-48 hours after renewal. @Stacib101

@Stacib101 hi you may be looking at a cached/old version of your account clear cache and cookies or use a different browser in private or incognito mode sign back in and see if it updates
