For some reason when I opened up my account to check the data balance, my plan is not showing an "amount owing". Also when I try to open up "plan details", I encounter an error. I never made any changes to my account recently. Has anyone else been having this problem?

There have been reports today of users encountering an error when accessing parts of the self serve site.
FYI, any plan that is not a legacy or grandfathered plan is labeled as pick and pay now.
