Plan changing/paying not working

I'm having a nightmare trying to change and pay for my plan. It was expiring today or tomorrow, and i went to change from a 3 month plan ($120) to a 1 month plan ($52), i changed it, and i t was still saying i was on the old plan for some reason, so i left it a few hours so i could pay later. It was still saying i owed $120 even though i changed the plan, so i clicked change plan, selected the new options totalling $52, then hit top up and reactivate plan (as it had now expired since i earlier changed it seeminly, though i was pretty sure it said it expired tomorrow), and it charged me $52, then didnt work and said my plan was still not active, on the right side of the plan it was i had $52 of funds and it estimated i needed $68 or so (estimated? wtf?). for one that seems like a huge amount of taxes, though i guess there should be some taxes?? the plan still said i was on a $120 plan on the left side however and that it had expired, so i hit change plan again hoping the $52 in funds would cover the plan change and the site would actually work this time, i clicked through my options again and it said i had $52 of funds and needed $68.something, so i selected the option to pay the difference, and it ended up charging me the full $68 and i realised i had read it wrong that the stupid thing still wanted me to pay $120 for the old plan i didnt want. The website is clearly malfuntioning and i'd my $52 plan (1 month, provincial talk, texting, 3gb +1gb 4G LTE) activated and refunded the extra money to my card. I have no use for the extra funds on my account as i will be leaving the country in a month. Thank you

Send ONE (1) private message to them here and include your phone number and PIN to minimize back and forth identity verification delays.

Forget your PIN? Then you'll need 3 of either of these pieces of information you used when you signed up: full address, birthdate, last 4 digits of CC you might have used, email address on the account, alternative phone number you might've entered when you signed up. Or, in addition, either of these to get to 3: last payment amount and date, last add-on bought and date.
And of course your question/problem.
Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of a reply. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.

Would highly recommend just going ahead and messaging @CS_Agent. I experienced a similar issue when I first activated my sim and they had it fixed super fast for me.

Edit: Also make sure to be detailed in your response. Include phone number/acc number.
