I joined Public Mobile July 21st, and approx 2 weeks after they changed the plans from 4gb to 6gb for what i pay for...i emailed asking how to get the 2 extra gb's added to my account but still havent received a response...i think there shouldnt be an issue adding the 2gb not even a month after signing up...but i have received no respose from the email ticket i submitted....
has anyone else expeirienced this issue?

when i was with those thieves at Virgin mobile, a solution like this would have taken a threat to cancel and a transfer to the retention department...and i worked in 2 different call centres for Bell Satellite and Cingular wireless....so i know all about customer service...you guys are the best company everrrr!!!!!!!!!!
