Hi this is Kevin i changed my plan from $50 plan to a $35 plan about 30 mins ago and i still have no service at all i can't call out or even text

That's a possibly ambiguous statement. The regulars here would understand what you actually mean but someone newer or not a regular might see that as saying to post in the forum. Of course you mean replying via private message.
ie. make sure to do so by replying through the community private message service.

When did you activate the $50 plan?
Login to your account and confirm Status is "Active".
Reboot your phone with the PM SIM installed and report any messages if you don't see PM and some bars. What is make/model of your phone.
