Plan change

Was sent a text offering me a 4g plan 4gb a month for $42.25 but no matter how I try can’t find it even when I click the long form the text I received? Please help. Thanks

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

Login Page  to change plan,and use the down arrow to scroll down or up,

you will get verification code by email or SMS, you have to act a little faster,
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login,

@odonnellcrln    You need to login to your self serve account (My Account) and select Plans/Add-ons on the left hand side of the account screen, then click the arrow on the right hand side of the page until you see one for $41.25 (not $42.25).  You can Change Immediately or Change at Next Renewal.  Change Now will start a new cycle immediately and there's no proration for unused features for your current plan.  4G speeds take 48 hours to take effect.
