It’s been a long time since I changed my plan, and wasn’t able to back then. Plan changed all is good.Thanks guys.

If you got set up in a store, then have you created your account log in yet?
If not then you'll need to do that first. Go to the upper right My Account link and on the right side click on the Create Account button.
Then read this.

You can change it by yourself in your self serve account... click on plans/add-on..you can see your actual plan and you can click on CHANGE.. @Mike-m can you see it?
