I wanna change my plan to monthly and unlimited TXT and provincial talk and 5 gigs for 62.00 starting on my renew date tomorrow! I picked my plan but it didn't change and says I owe 120 instead of 62... Help!

@Haymakerboy Click My Rewards to see the actual date of renewal/when $ is needed. If your phone is working AND you "future dated" the plan change just leave things alone. The new plan and rate should kick in tomorrow.
If being 100% sure you won't lose service is critical to you, follow the earlier suggestions and change your plan now.

They changed it so that if you manually select it you won't get discount. You'll have to use their promo button which is dumb yes but the way it works. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Launching-ready-made-plans-more/m-p/213... for more info

@Haymakerboy, did you choose future date my change? The other thing you could do as it is the last day of your plan is just do the change immediately. you would lose one day of service from your other plan. Or if you are really concerned about the plan change you can always message teh Moderators.

Did you try the futuredating button?
I know there have been some issues with some plan changes. My suggestion would be to make a 1 time payment for new plan cost. Then ask mods to change it manually today. (1day early) that way you know things will go well.
