Plan change did not activate on renewal

Hi all,

My plan ended on Oct 30th (120-day). I have autopay enabled through my cc and before the 30th I had set my plan to change to the $120 12gb fall 2016 promo upon renewal of my plan. However, my cc was maxed so my service was temporarily suspended right when the renewal date occured.

Yesterday when I reactiviated my account, it showed my previous plan. I selected the promo plan and used the "top up my account" method to reactivate (autopay is still enabled). Does this mean I have to wait another 3 months before the promo plan takes effect?  @Shazia_K

I think your best bet is to contact one of the mods wth your phone number and hat happened, and they will do their best to resolve what happened.  I believe they should be able to put you on the fall promo.
