Plan change broken?

Is it down for everyone or just me?  The list of plans is missing replaced by a wall of words.  Try more options results in jiberish.  I know the maintenance window is technically not over until 10am.  The self serve is already up and running.

It was fine on my BB OS10 and a Windows Phone 8.1.

My BB did indicate a security certificate thing but I "excepted" it.

Four accounts checked, identical outcome.  Different browser, incognito mode, no effect.  I just love maintenance outages.  More excitement than the surprise in the cracker jack box.
