I'm having an issue with my plan change showing up in 'my account'. Before my last two billing cycles started, I switched from the 5GB @ 3G speed to 15GB @ 4GB speed but when my new billing cycle starts, my old plan remains as my current plan on when I'm on the My Account page. I've noticed a major increase in my speed so it seems I have actually been upgrade to the 4G speed but the the existing 5GB data shows on My Account, which makes me worry that if I go over the 5GB, I will get charged overage fees.

Clear your browsing cache and cookies and then close it. Re-open your web browser and log in again. That should fix it.

@kotsy , it looks like you are potentially seeing cached pages of your self serve account. Please try again using incognito mode on your browser.
