Plan Signup Didn't Work - Paid for Wrong One

I'm almost out of data for the month. My original plan was with 1GB of data, but I topped my account with enough for the 2GB plan and selected that, but unfortunately it only went through as the 1 GB plan. Now that I'm halfway through my billing cycle I'm already out of data 😞 Can a moderator help?

hopefully they can switch your plan, if not, they at least can help you renew your plan early

@Gagliano You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

- Once the Community Moderator has responded to your private message, they will provide you with a secure link so they can authenticate your account information
