I have logged into my account and when I click on Plan Details it receive "Oops something went wrong" I can't see my plan details. I have also tried clicking on the Tab at the top but receive the same message. How do I get this fixed? I was recently in the US and had International Texting on my plan and that service wasn't available to me. How do you reach out and get this corrected.

When you login what does your plan overview page say on the left hand side? When you bought the addon did you do the two step process? First one adds funds to your account and second one actually pays for and activates the plan. Do you have money sitting in your available funds?

International texting is only while physically in Canada. You can receive in the states but not send. You need a roaming add-on to send texts
Try clearing cache/cookies or a different browser or incognito/privacy mode.

Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or using incognito/private mode. Most people find that Chrome incognito works best.
