@ShawnC13 as has been noted, the taxes were indeed paid, at the time of the top up.
@FGB you should send a private message to the moderator team using this link and explain the situation. They should be able to assist.

106 available funds and 106 plan cost are both pre tax. so there should be enough funds. that is why i suggested contacting mods.
when he added 106 he was charged 106+tax but in the system it shows up only $106

Yes the OP say they have $106 in their account "available funds" and plan cost is $106 if they don't have autopay set up there isnt enough money to activate the plan

As long as Available Funds plus Rewards equal plan cost the account should reactivate. All amounts shown in your account are pre-tax; everything charged to your card has taxes added. The result is that credit card charges do no match amounts showing in Payment History. ![]()

@mimmo, and @Luddite, ok but if they have $106 in their account and the plan lists as $106 there won't be enough in the account correct?

You do not need to add the tax; required taxes are added when Publuc Mobile bills the credit card.

@ShawnC13 I dont think it is a tax issue, I could be mistaken, yes prices are shown without tax, but i thought whenever you added funds taxes were always added so if i add $10 today my credit card is actually charged $10+tax.

I topped it up to $111.30 and it's still the same problem.
