Plan Changes

Hi everyone,

I'm a little confused at how the plan changes work. I signed up yesterday the the 90/days $120 package and I just realized that I didn't check off text. I'm trying to change it and it's saying that it will be more than $120 although there is a discount on it that brings it to the same price. How do I go abouts changing this so I can get text for the current three months.

I've set up auto-pay and see a preauthorization on my credit card for $120 from yesterday.

I would contact @Mary_M and explain the situation and see what they can do.

Once I activated the SIM the default option for that plan wasn't there or perhaps I didn't see it so I had to rebuild it myself and I guess it defaulted the text section to "No Text". It's not in my payment history so I have two options at the moment where as three would be the same price.

Text was automatically checked off, what did you check off instead of text?

Go to your payment history it should say what you paired for line by line.
