I accepted a text offer for the 4g 15gb plan by text a few weeks ago. It was supposed to start on my new billing cycle, which was yesterday. There has been no update to my account. Any ideas why?

It was a clever idea to attempt to automate that with a simple yes. But it didn't seem to work. So if you want the plan then you'll need to log in and select it. Don't do change now as there is no pro-rating here.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to check your account.
Did you get confirmation that change will occur on next renewal? Make a screenshot of that message in case you have to contact agent for assistance.
