Can anyone see if they are successful in changing their plan on the next renewal date and then they can change it back again. I have tried several times to change my plan to the $45 one with no success. It just spins. I have tried several devices in incognito.

I’ve got the exact same problem this morning. After asking here in the community, I opened a ticket and the CS-agent did it at the backend.

Also, tried.... unable to change.
Several customers have mentioned this issue over weekend. If not rush, maybe try again in the next day or so.
If you need to change, you can contact customer service agent to change manually.

Same here...won't register the Change at next renewal. Just spins around !
