Plan Change Post Suspension

DragonSpecV

Good Morning All!

Unfortunately I completely forgot about my monthly plan cycle, so of course it just got suspended.

Is it possible to switch to a 10 day plan temporarily just so I can re-activate my account?  Just at least gives me some time to accumulate the funds for my normal plan (which pay day is the 12th of May).

Hope you can help!

Thanks!

Basically, THE ISSUE IS

  1. I didn't have enough funds to "Renew my Plan" so my account got suspended
  2. So I Topped up enough for the $10 for 50 Minutes and 50 Texts plan
  3. Clearly shows "Have your needs changed? You can choose to change your plan now
or start your new plan on your renewal date."  But doesn't give me an option to "change your plan now"
  4. Option to "Change on next renewal date" doesn't do anything when I click on it.

@Enochmarvellion once your plan is suspended, you cannot reactivate it on another plan on your own in self-serve.  What you will need to do now is to contact the moderator team using the info below.  Do note that they are currently heavily backlogged, so please expect to wait a couple of days before you hear back, unfortunately.

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

  1. I do not have enough funds to "Reactivate Plan"
  2. Topped up enough for the 10-day plan w/ Unlimited Talk Provice Wide + Unlimited Text Canada Wide.
  3. Clearly shows "Have your needs changed? You can choose to change your plan now
or start your new plan on your renewal date."  But doesn't give me an option to "change your plan now"
  4. Option to "Change on next renewal date" doesn't do anything when I click on it.

Great idea, but so far not working for me! Man Sad

I second @7789849803's suggestion.  Go ahead with the 10-day plan and once the 10-day plan is active, schedule a 90-day plan of your choice to take effect on the next payment date.

I love PM for this flexibility and control it offers to us.

Hey @DragonSpecV,

Of course! Just go ahead and change to a 10-day plan, and then add the funds needed for the renewal to be processed. Thereafter, you can switch back to any other plan of your choice, for it to kick in at the end of the 10 day plan.

Hey makkahn28,

Just today, it was due yesterday.  CC maxed out so couldn't auto-renew *LoL*

And of course pay day not until next week!  Boo!

I don't intend to wait 90 days *LoL* and I don't want to sit out a week either.

Hi. Not sure, perhaps. You do have 90 Days from Suspension to pay b4 Account is deactivated permanently on the 91st day.

How long was your plan in Suspension?
