Hi @connielangille4 Welcome to Public Mobile!
What do you need your PIN# for? What options do you need changing? If you want to purchase add-ons on self serve, you don't need a pin# to do that. Apparently if you try to purchase add-ons on 611, you need your pin#.

I can't be certain, however I believe your PIN is sent to you via text when you first activated and selected one.
Perhaps check back in texts from Public Mobile around account activation.
