Hi there my name is Aadish Sharma and I am a customer of Public Mobile..my question is that I did not setup a 4 digit pin so why do I get asked to enter my 4 digit pin whenever i call my network provider?

More details would be helpful. There are a few different PINs.
The Public mobile PIN is chosen when you activated your account and PM sent you a text with that PIN. This PIN is needed to confirm your identity when you need moderator help. You also need this PIN if you dial 611 to buy an add on.
If you forgot your PIN or lost that initial text, you can contact moderator to get the PIN. Click on the quesiton mark on the right lower corner to start the ticketing process to get moderator help.

You should have been texted the pin when you first made your account. Do you have it?
