Trying to get a new pin code for my account 

gets an email then clicks the link given 

fills out all that is asked but it won’t let me submit 

got to be a better way to get things done

@Princess12   are you trying to reset the password of My Account?

So, you are able to get pass Forgot Password link and able to answer the Security Question?

Sound like it is a browser issue

Try a different browser (Edge/chrome/firefox), or clear cache and restart browser , or try Incognito Mode

On the other hand, if you are trying to reset the 4 digit PIN, this can only be done via opening a ticket with PM CS Agent.
