Hi, I've been a PM customer for a year. I recently changed my plan (more data) and I can no longer send or receive picture messages. Nothing else has changed. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated! I tried to submit a ticket but kept getting error messages.

you have Mobile data turned on? MMS does not consume mobile data but it needs mobile data toggled on to send and receive
first start with Refresh all networks (Android), or Reset network settings (iPhone)
if Android, try clearing cache or download Google Message and set it as the default messaging app and test
If you are on Android and still does not work, you might need to check APN settings

That's odd. is your cellular data on whenever your trying to send and receive MMS?
